Meet Chrissy
From the vibrant streets of Buenos Aires to becoming Dallas’s top IT staffing producer for five consecutive years, my journey embodies the art of designing one’s reality. As an Argentinian-American navigating multiple cultural landscapes, I’ve learned that every challenge is an opportunity to recreate yourself.
Life by Design
When I’m not closing deals or sharing insights about the IT job market, you’ll find me balancing life as a mom to two vibrant toddlers, exploring new travel destinations, or hunting down the perfect fashion find (always with an eye for value). My approach to life combines strategic thinking with authentic connection—whether I’m helping professionals navigate the tech industry or sharing motherhood realities.
The Edit Philosophy
Here, you’ll find a carefully curated perspective on:
- Navigating the IT job market with insider insights
- Blending corporate success with personal fulfillment
- Practical fashion that makes sense for busy professionals
- Real talk about motherhood and work-life integration
- Smart travel strategies for the modern family
Beyond the Blog
My commitment to community extends beyond digital spaces—I’m actively involved in two non-profits, bringing my belief in purposeful living to everything I do. After 15 years together (9 married), Rodrigo and I continue to design our shared reality in Dallas, alongside our daughters and two dogs.
The Edit is more than a blog—it’s a space where ambition meets authenticity, where corporate savvy meets practical lifestyle choices, and where we explore what it means to intentionally design every aspect of our lives.
Welcome to my world of purposeful evolution.

Professional Evolution
My background is as diverse as it is deep—from co-founding a startup at 20 to specializing in Victimology as a Teaching Assistant. Today, I channel this varied expertise into my role as an IT Consulting and Staffing professional, where I’ve consistently ranked as Dallas’s Top Producer. This journey has taught me that success isn’t just about professional achievements; it’s about creating a life that aligns with your values.
The Blueprint
In 2016, armed with a Psychology degree and an entrepreneurial spirit, I took perhaps my boldest step yet—relocating to the United States with my then-fiancé (now husband) Rodrigo. What started as “trying our luck” evolved into a masterclass in building a life by design. Right before landing in Miami, I secured a position in IT Staffing, discovering my sweet spot at the intersection of technology, human connection, and sales.
